11 Easy Things to do to Lose Weight Without Exercising

Today I am posting about weight loss. I have implemented all of these myself and have lost 22 lbs in the last month and a half. I am also counting calories though. So here is a list of 11 easy things you can do to lose weight without exercising.

#1 ONLY DRINK WATER AND PLAIN GREEN TEA – Some people (like me) don’t eat very much and don’t understand why they can’t lose weight. If you’re drinking your calories in soda, juice, or alcohol, you’re not going to be able to lose weight. That is one of the most important changes to be made.
#2 DON’T EAT AFTER 7 PM – The reason that this is important is because, the closer to it is to bed time, the less time you have to burn the calories. If you eat at 10 pm and then go to bed, you’re going to sleep on all of those calories. I can’t lose weight when I eat after 7 pm. I have tested it. There may be some foods like celery that are okay to eat late.
#3 EAT LOW CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN FOODS – Calorie intake is what makes you lose or gain weight. Protein keeps you feeling full longer than other foods and it burns calories for you. If you eat foods high in calories while counting calories, you won’t be able to eat as much and you’ll be hungry.
#4 EAT WITHIN A HALF HOUR OF WAKING UP – Your body needs you to start your metabolism after not eating through your sleep. Make sure to eat something healthy within a half hour of waking. Even better you can make it a high protein low carb meal.
#5 STOP EATING HIGH CALORIE SAUCES – I know that ranch and fry sauce taste really good, but they have sooooo many calories. For two tablespoons of ranch it’s 140 calories. Two tablespoons isn’t a lot. There’s 200 calories in two tablespoons of fry sauce. Avocados are high in calories but they’re filling and very healthy. You can use them if you really need a “sauce”.
#6 EAT VEGETABLES AT EVERY MEAL – It doesn’t have to be a lot. Just add a cup of your favorite vegetable with your meal.
#7 NO SWEETS – This is the hard one, but if there’s a will, there’s a way. Keep it out of the house.
#8 DRINK A LOT OF WATER – Drink two liters of water every day. You have to stay hydrated and drink lots of water. Your body will retain water if you’re not properly hydrated and you won’t lose weight.
#9 DONT EAT FRIED FOOD – Don’t eat fast food and don’t fry food at home. You can buy cooking spray to cook with which has 0 calories.
#10 STOP EATING OUT OF BOREDOM – Keep yourself busy. Don’t eat when you’re not hungry. It’s good to eat healthy, low calorie snacks throughout the day but don’t overdo it.
#11 DON’T EAT MORE THAN TWO SERVINGS AT A MEAL – Make sure that your meals are no more than two serving sizes. Otherwise you will consume too many calories and stretch your stomach.

If you can implement at least a few of these changes, you will definitely lose weight.
