I found something pretty cool to aid in my weightloss. This tea is;
- Two cups warm water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey 🍯
Drink it before bed. It will help you sleep deeper and kill fat cells while you sleep! Just warm up your water and mix it all in. Super easy to make and it honestly tastes just fine. Andddd it works! Okay…..so I haven’t seen the results myself. I’m writing this post on Saturday night. This is my first night drinking this. My dad has lost a bit of weight by drinking this everyday though. And I am 40+ lbs down on my fitness journey. Figured it couldn’t hurt to try this since it’s working so well for my dad and he isn’t doing anything else for weightloss. I will post again next week about my results from this!
