Hey everyone! Today I am bringing you 8 ideas to supercharge your day. These are things that I implement in my life and they truly help me to be motivated and productive.
#1 Wake up early. I usually wake up earlier than my kids so that I can eat breakfast and asses my day before they get up. It is so helpful to have that hour to myself before the moming starts. Or whatever it is that you do with your day.
#2 Eat breakfast and pack it with protein. Never skip breakfast. It will make you scatterbrained all day. And if you eat plenty of protein, you’ll have lots of extra energy.
#3 Workout. Working out first thing in the morning is extremely productive. It makes you feel more energized, healthy, and it boosts your endorphins. My favorite workout is a great walk!
#4 Shower. No matter what, you always feel better when you’re not stinky or dirty.
#5 Dress for success! I’m not saying that you have to wear your most expensive outfit every day, or that you need to spend hours getting ready. Just make yourself presentable. You will automatically feel better.
#6 Be productive. Get things done. Don’t sit around and be lazy. That’ll depress anyone.
#7 Read a positive/motivational message/quote every day, and try to implement it into your life!
#8 Go to bed at a decent hour and get some good sleep.
I understand that life happens and sometimes it is just too hard to do all of these every day, but if you try, it will change your life!
