Lose Weight Without Exercising!

How I lost 70 lbs with no extra exercise!!

I am a mom of 5 so I run around quite a bit. I haven’t had a lot of time for an actual workout every day though! I know there are many moms, or just other pe\nople who have the same problem, not enough time. EVERYONE has to eat though. Wanna know how I lost so much weight without exercise?

1. I started eating breakfast. A breakfast packed with protein.

2. No more than 1400 calories a day!

3. No sweets

4. One free day where I could eat what I want!

5. Carbs at lunch but not at dinner! Veggies and protein for dinner.

6. Intermittent fasting. No eating between 6pm – 6am.

7. No Soda or juice!! Only water and plain green tea!!!

8. Healthy snacks throughout the day! Make sure that you have plenty of food throughout the day so that you can fast at night!

9. No salty foods like chips or french fries! A calorie isn’t a calorie isn’t a calorie!!!

10. Find foods that are low in calories so that you can eat more and will be more satisfied!

If you can follow these suggestions, you will lose weight!!!
