5 Tips for Weight Loss

  1. Water and an apple before you eat anything else.
  2. A big healthy breakfast with protein, carbs, and veggies. Lunch should be smaller but with about the same mix.
  3. Water water water water
  4. Exercise!!! Even just 30 mins of cardio per day.
  5. Have a light dinner of veggies and protein. No eating after 6pm.
