1. Be kind to yourself. As humans, we tend to focus on our faults. We are our own worst critics. Instead of focusing on your faults, focus on your strengths.
2. Look in the mirror every morning and express self love. This may seem silly, but it works.
3. Go after your dreams!!! Do the things that you have always wanted to do.
4. Don’t let other people take your power/happiness/freedom away. If they’re toxic, they need to go. Stop listening to the haters.
5. Make time for you. Make time for things that you enjoy. It can be something small. It can be for a half hour a day. Just don’t lose you.
I am a single SAHM of five small children. My ultimate goal is to be able to stay with them always. I am passionate about; art, photography, children, crafting, single moming, music, and love.
