Basically, I like doing everything the easy way. I’m a busy woman. I don’t have a lot of time to do everything all the way, so I take shortcuts.
All you’re gonna need is; a small jar, a cup of sugar, and 2 Tbsp of your favorite liquid soap.
Mix sugar and soap together and put it in a jar. Easy peasy. I usually use a natural soap so that the scrub can be used on the face. For getting oil or paint off of hands, you can use something more abrasive.
If by chance you wanna do a little more than this, you can replace the soap with coconut oil and add a few drops of essential oil for the aroma you desire.
